a wonderful stay near the heart of it all
quick accesscomfortable bedskind staff
the location proved really good. it offered quick access to the subway. the room size impressed me, with very comfortable beds. the receptionist staff seemed genuinely kind.

I loved the hotel's proximity to key attractions. It made exploring so easy! The room was spacious and super clean. I felt right at home. Plus, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff were friendly. They were very accommodating.
The room got a bit too warm. The air conditioning didn't seem to work perfectly, a little uncomfortable.

a very mixed stay

the room was clean. i will give them that.
the noise levels were unacceptable. i could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms. it seriously impacted my sleep. the breakfast was also a huge disappointment. the scrambled eggs tasted like powder, and the fruit was canned.
